This kit includes simulated patient serums, conjugate, chromagen, and reusable pre-treated ELISA microtiter plates which may be used to run multiple trials; just add distilled water. This kit is totally safe for student use as it contains no blood serum or infectious diseases. Students experience the world of biotechnology and learn about the HIV virus within this one hour lab investigation. Designed for six groups of four students. This kit is appropriate for college prep or advanced level courses in grades 11 - 12.
